SERVICE CANADA CASE MANAGEMENT - Training and Education:

For job-seekers wanting individual assistance, our experienced Case Managers offer one-to-one employment counselling to identify your needs and develop a mutually agreed upon action plan toward employment. Support and ongoing re-evaluation continues until you are employed.

Return to Work Action Plans include referrals to:

  • Career Exploration Programs
  • Job Clubs
  • Skills Upgrading and Training (Skills Link) programs
  • Targeted Wage Subsidies
  • Self-employment Assistance programs
  • Specialized Community Agencies
Case Managers also assess your eligibility and suitability for the Skills Development and Employment Benefit (SDEB) program. Where government funding may be available, assistance and support with the SDEB application is provided.

Career Exploration
Whether you are just starting out, or changing direction, our Case Managers can make referrals to career exploration programs to get you heading down the right path. Book an appointment by phone or in person.
